Package Leak Testers

InterTech's sealed bag burst and leak test cell utilizes a M1075-150y Sealed Package Leak Test Instrument and InterTech's product pressurizing and constraining system that allows for the packaging industry's most repeatable and highest resolution leak and burst solution.

An infinite range of bag sizes can be filled and the leakage measured from 5mbar to 80mbar +/- 0.005 

The Package Leak Testers has two measurement ranges can be implemented:

  • Range 1: 5.0 mbar to 350 mbar, 0.1 mbar resolution, 0.5% accuracy
  • Range 2: 350 mbar to 3,000 mbar, 1.0 mbar resolution, 0.5% accuracy

Transducer repeatability: 0.05% F.S.D.

Restraining Plate is adjustable up to 2.00"

Compliant to: 21CFR11, ASTM F1140, ASTM F2054, ASTM F2095, ASTM F2096 and ISO 11607
