Electrical Housing Leak Test System

The InterTech M1075 High Speed Mass Flow Charge Volume Leak Test Instrument is used with an InterTech custom designed and built test manually loaded and unloaded test cell to test Sealed  Electronic Components. The electrical housing leak test system tests for IP67/68 compliance to preclude water intrusion through the life of the product.

InterTech's proprietary charge volume leak test circuit ensures gross leaks are detected immediately and fine leakage is reliably detected and rejected.

Leak testing for electrical housing boxes, the Sealed Electronic Components are leak tested to a 1.0 sccm limit of 196 kPa at a rate.

The InterTech M1075 Mass Flow Leak Detector controls the test cycle & machine operation (light curtain interface, barcode scanner, etc). Using the M1075 Leak Detector to control all machine functions simplifies wiring and eliminates expensive purchased components including a PLC.
