Blockage Detection Testing

InterTech uses precision pressure monitoring technology to detect air blockage of the product passage.

Our blockage detection testing is accomplished by applying constant air flow (1 - 5 slpm typical) using calibrated orifice at the DUT inlet opening and then monitor and record the pressure at the DUT outlet port. Percentage of blockage is then calculated.
